Mobile Office Storage

A home office should be a private space where you can get work without distractions. Because the office is in your home, it should reflect your personality. Office storage for a cheap and effective way to customize your home office.

Old door

If you are desperate for an elegant look, but unwilling to pay an elegant price, scour salvage farm or office storage for an antique door. Mount the door on some legs and cover it with a piece of glass or clear plastic for a writing surface, and you have a unique home office with a sophisticated look. Wooden table legs or handrail supports are available at most big box hardware stores and can be used to provide additional Polish to these unique creations. Even if you end up with a few pieces of scrap wood, they are easy to attach by drilling two holes about one cm apart in each corner of the door and on the tops of all four legs. Then screw the 3-inch tire screws into the holes until they are just below the surface of the door.

The whiteboard board

If you have trouble finding a paper to take a phone message the answer is simple: Write it on the desktop. Cut a piece of whiteboard card to the same size as your office storage, and attach it with screws or any glue. Now you only need some whiteboard pens and an eraser, and you are ready for when the next inspiration strikes you but you are out of paper.
